The Harvest Market
Deli is creating new taste sensations daily
while delivering traditional favorites too. Under the
guidance of Culinary Director, Margaret Fox,
and Store
and Deli Manager, Tim Bosma, the Deli is
stretching its' traditional role by offering new products
and services while
maintaining the things you've come to depend upon.
The new
Best of Harvest
Case features the specialties of the
Harvest Market Kitchen
plus new recipes from all around the globe at a
fraction of the price you would pay in a restaurant.
Entrees like "Chicken Marbella" from The Silver Palate
Cookbook can be found next to an array of seasonal
offerings and fundamentals like seasonal vegetables and
rosemary roast red potatoes. Everything in this case
is made on the premises, 100% trans-fat free and delicious!
We
are proud to feature a wide range of deli meats including
Saag'sMeats and
Dietz & Watson
- mostly because of their taste but also because of their
commitment to quality, flavor and consistency. In
addition you'll find local turkey products from Diestel,
organics from Niman Ranch, Applegate, Charlie's Pride, (and
others), specialty salamis and pancetta from Molinari and
Columbus, plus
your choice of imported and domestic Prosciutto, sliced Deli
cheese and more.
Your
eyes will feast on our Olive & Antipasti bars -
two refrigerated, glass-topped cases in front of the Deli,
loaded with delicacies from around the planet - to make sure
your taste buds will never get tired - olives, stuffed
olives, marinated veggies, and dips plus our signature baby
mozzarella salad (ciliegine) with roasted tomatoes and fresh
basil.
One
of our most popular offerings is our Hot Food
bar - all made here, several times a day with care and pride
by our own dedicated staff from 10:30 AM till 7 PM daily.

Saturday
Staples
like Fried Rice and Chow Mein are augmented by Lemon
Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Sweet & Sour Pork and spicy
Szechwan dishes like Mongolian Pork and Spicy Shrimp and
Asparagus... and of course, white and brown rice and your
fortune cookie! Of course... made without MSG.

beans and salsa

Fridays- a variety of fish
and shellfish with rice pilaf
- Indian Food - Tuesdays and Sundays
Rotisserie Chickens
are another Harvest Market Signature item - they offer convenience,
selection and great taste with a choice of Rosie Organic or
traditional birds with several herb-spice rub options
including Sharon's Rub (a blend made in-house). Seasonally,
you will also find tender marinated Beef Tri-tip in either
Butter-Garlic or Teriyaki flavors.
We
offer a Soup & Salad Bar with 6 daily soup
choices, including Margaret Fox's Black Bean Chili
from her Morning Food
cookbook as well as organic split pea soup, tasty chowders,
and other special soups created in our own
Harvest Market
Kitchen.
Around the corner you may select from mixed baby greens,
romaine or spinach salads, layer with multiple choices of
toppings, sample the side salads, and finish with your
choice from an assortment of dressings.
Our Hot Deli case has options you might
expect, like: fried, BBQ or baked chicken breasts, jalapeño
poppers, mashed red potatoes, onion rings, macaroni &
cheese, ribs, baked beans, corn dogs, chimichangas and more; but also
an assortment of unexpected treats
like Shrimp Purses, pot stickers, and three kinds of egg rolls!
A recent addition is our Self-Serve Cold Case with
more than a dozen choices daily of entrees and side dishes
that you can heat on premises on take out for optimum
convenience.
The Grab & Go case features our ready-made
Gourmet and Market sandwiches
with more than a dozen choices daily. We also offer a
wide variety of soups, hummus, pita, olives and other delicious
snacks that make lunch or picnic preparation a pleasure! |
